In case you missed it, Glenbrook Brewery officially opened in February 2021, making them the first ever brewery in Morristown! Located at 95 Morris Street, Glenbrook Brewery currently brews anywhere from 7-10 beers on premise.
Heath Traver is Glenbrook’s Head Brewer, who originally took up brewing beer as a hobby when he got his first home brewing kit as a gift in 2011. He won his first brewery award in 2015, and the rest was history! He enjoyed it so much that he quickly decided he wanted to open a brewery. Partnering with Darren Cregan, Marketing & Advertising Creative Director, Glenbrook Brewery was born a few years later.
It’s no secret that Morris County is home to American Revolutionary War history, and that’s what inspired Glenbrook’s beer names. Offering a variety of different types and flavors of beer, there’s something for everyone! You can try up to 4 different beers at a time with a flight. A new brew will be available soon – a New England style hazy IPA with galaxy hops and pineapple flavor.
Not a beer drinker? You’ll love the Schuyler Seltzer, which is super refreshing with a mango flavor. A new kiwi strawberry seltzer is in the works and will be available early June! Both seltzers are gluten free.
Glenbrook also offers crowlers and growlers to go! Crowlers are 32 oz cans, poured fresh from the tap and sealed so you can enjoy it anywhere. Glenbrook branded growlers (64 oz) are available for sale for $32-$36, and are refillable for $22-$26 (depending on what you choose to fill it with). You can also bring your own growler to be refilled.
Both indoor and outdoor tables are available. Glenbrook is family and kid friendly, with a variety of games available upon request (feel free to bring your own as well). Glenbrook Brewery does not serve food, but you can bring your own and/or order pickup/delivery from restaurants nearby.
