Last Sunday, Luxe & Co., a women-owned, LGBTQ+ local company, threw a gorgeous, fall-inspired picnic right in my own backyard. What’s a picnic-scape? It’s the new (and beautiful) way to throw a party and celebrate any life event; from proposals to baby showers, happy hours to Sunday Funday. Being a huge brunch fan myself, this was the perfect way to celebrate the fall season with a few of my closest friends.
Luxe & Co. handles everything. From setup to cleanup, I had nothing to worry about, not even an empty mimosa.
The owners, Axel & Isabelle, set the entire scene and brought in EVERYTHING. They transformed my yard into a fall fête, complete with string lights, fuzzy blankets, pillows and more. They even brought in a table that Axel handmade!
Always finding a way to incorporate local, small businesses. To help bring it all together and to support local businesses, we partnered with The Salad House of Morristown for delicious fall flavor inspired salads; LOKL Cafe, who provided a robust assortment of pastries, breads, and French Macarons; MilkMaid Flowers who curated gorgeous flower arrangements of deep autumnal colors; And Home Chester who provided handmade wares for plating and serving; and Ort Farms for their sweet apple cider donuts and fresh cider used for you guessed it, Apple Cider Mimosas.
